“Samoa” Cookies (vegan, GF, dairy free, processed sugar free) A new family favorite. I double the batch but make the cookies smaller than they say in the recipe. I only keep a couple out, freeze the rest, and split a cookie with someone. They’re delicious!

Stuffed Cabbage Soup- I have made this a handful of times and it never disappoints. I personally don’t use butter, I substitute with olive oil or coconut oil. If using butter, make sure it’s a clean, organic, good sourced one!
